When Alpha were approached by a leading gaming unit supplier to manufacture, assemble and integrate 2000 gambling machine units within 12 weeks, we quickly up-scaled our assembly capabilities to achieve the demanding delivery schedule.
The units were delivered directly to the end customer; a well know high street bookmakers, fully assembled and ready to play. In order to meet both the customer’s quality and delivery needs, Alpha set up a dedicated assembly area, complete with production line, integration and testing area as well as quality inspection.
We achieved 100% on-time-in-full delivery as well as zero defects across the whole batch, having prototyped the product, set up assembly area and produced 200o units from a standing start within 8 weeks.
